Limber Studios is a space that aims to host events, in-person and online offerings, workshops and retreats. It is a community space to connect, grow and experience together! With that being said, it does not have a fixed location... yet ;)

Yes! I would love to connect. Although I facilitate this space, it is not meant to be a one lady show! I am happy to join forces. Please just reach out hi@limber-studios.com. I will be honoured to have guest teachers join, brands to collaborate and ideas to come to life!

Soon you will have the option to join online and practice strong and intentional classes from anywhere, anytime. The online offerings will vary from single classes, themed series and goal orientated sequences (working towards a peak posture). I cannot wait to share this with you!

For now, yes. I would love to work and host other teachers at Limber Studios whether this is doing a joint online series, hosting workshops or retreats together. I am facilitating the space but my dream would be that it becomes a collaboration and a network for teachers to connect and students to have the space to enhance their practice with strong and intentional quality experiences with a variety of teachers.

You will receive a booklet consisting of: ✺ Creative Sequencing ✺ Themes & Intentions ✺ Spice up a class together ✺ Tips & pointers ✺ My favourite transitions documented ... and more! If this interested you and you are not a teacher then I would love you to join! As a student, this event aims to create a deeper understanding of sequence build up, allowing you to enhance your self practice including fun and creative transitions! This is also an opportunity, if you are thinking about doing a YTT, that you can explore a sneak peak behind the curtains of designing engaging classes. For teachers, this event aims to create inspiration, a space to network and a space to dive into the world of creative sequencing. This workshop is providing a toolkit to play and get curious and work towards design intentional and engaging classes for your students. This will truly be something special <3
